Join us for a great Mahogany & Merlot Boat Show!

The PNW ACBS Chapter is pleased to partner with the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum for its Annual Mahogany & Merlot Festival in Chelan for our ACBS chapter’s premier boat show.

Accommodations at Campbell’s Resort are still available! Available rooms are held under "Mahogany & Merlot” and can be reserved by calling (509)682-2561. Note: when booking, you must request a room held under Mahogany & Merlot as the rest of the resort is fully booked.

Boat show entry is $70 per boat and includes:

Complimentary truck and trailer parking at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino in Manson;
Complimentary Friday evening reception @ Campbell’s Resort for TWO ($15 per person for more than two);
Boat show placard and goodie bag;
A one-day boat show;
Voting for Skipper’s Choice, People’s Choice, and Kid’s Choice awards;
Saturday Boat Parade; and
Sunday afternoon Poker Run

In addition to Saturday’s boat show, all are invited to join us for:

The October 1st-4th excursion up the lake to Stehekin before the M&M boat show (on your own for food and lodging - );
Saturday BBQ Banquet - $25 per person includes dinner and dessert; beer, wine, water, and sodas available for purchase; and
Sunday brunch at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino (pay on your own)

Launching will be available at the Mill Bay public launch in Manson - anytime - OR at the Lakeshore Marina at Don Morse Park on Friday, October 4th before 9a and after 4p, Saturday the 5th before 9a ONLY, and on Sunday the 6th before 9a or after 2p.
Please note that as guests of the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum, and for the safety of all boat owners and drivers, we must be flexible and collaborate on entering and exiting Lakeshore Marina. Boat show boats will be able to leave the Lakeshore Marina for runs on Lake Chelan or emergency exits during Mahogany & Merlot WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM PATRICK GLEASON (cell # will be on the back of boat show participant name badges). This also goes for emergency loading.
